For the fall-winter 2021 season, Columbia presents another, so far - the most advanced version of its flagship technology. The inspiration for Omni-Heat ™ Infinity was NASA's reflective technology. Compared to the first version of the technology based on a "matrix" of aluminum dots - Omni-Heat ™ Infinity is based on a "matrix" of larger gold dots, thanks to which it provides 40% higher thermal insulation and an immediate feeling of warmth, while maintaining an equally high level of air and moisture permeability
With Omni-Heat Infinity Reflective technology, which prevents the loss of body heat and keeps you warm and cozy, the Labyrinth Loop hooded jacket is made of a water-resistant material and will also work in cold and wet conditions. Filled with down with the RDS (Responsible Down Standard) certificate, the jacket provides excellent insulation, and the hood and elastic cuffs make it very functional.

Omni-Heat Infinity Technology is one of the few outdoor technologies that you can see. You can touch it and see how it is made: this makes it easier to understand how it works. Omni-Heat helps regulate temperature by reflecting and retaining the heat produced by the body. This is possible thanks to the lining with a "matrix" of aluminum dots. When it is cold, the dots reflect body heat, maintaining its temperature. On the other hand, when the body is hot and starts to sweat, increasing humidity, the dots, thanks to the high level of heat conduction of aluminum, dissipate it. At the same time, the lining allows air to circulate and wicks moisture away. In this way, it acts as a thermostat regulating the temperature.
